Alternate Air Sources
Atomic SS1
The primary advantage to the SS1 is combining 2 products into one to reduce the overall bulk and weight of your dive gear. The SS1 is fixed to you BC and falls over the left shoulder. The SS1 contains a high flow second stage that performs on the same level as many high performance second stages. The SS1 features a quick disconnect not only on the low-pressure hose, but the BCD hose as well.

M1 Octo
Built on the same platform as the Ti2 and Z1, the M1 has some unique features that make it the choice for certain extended range applications. The M1 second stage is factory rated for oxygen-enriched mixtures up to 80%. The front cover is unique in that there are no openings in front of the cover. This helps prevent the regulator from turning on if subjected to wave surge or strong currents. The demand valve body is Zirconium plated brass for fast thermal transfer with a heat sink feature to reduce the possibility of freezing in cold water.

The Ti2 Octo is the same second stage used in the T1 and B2 first and second stage combinations that have received more accolades from the diving press than any other regulator ever built. The only depth activated flow control in the world, the Atomic AFC (automatic flow control) automatically adjusts the airflow at depth for natural effortless breathing without having to make external adjustments.
